A basic real estate photography shoot from a professional photography generally costs anywhere between $75.00 and $160 per shoot for photos only (no video). Notice I said “from a professional photographer.” There are always new photographers who are willing to test the waters in real estate for $50 or so, but most real estate agents tire of the issues that come along with hiring someone who doesn't have good business processes in place–late delivery of photos, poor quality work, etc.

I photograph 2-3 pictures of each bedroom, 1-2 of the bathrooms and 3-5 of the living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens in the houses. What it comes down to is a 1,000 square foot ends up with 15-25 pictures and 2,900 square foot home has more like 25-40 pictures.
